Gave my ford f150 truck in for service light check up (88k miles). They said I need a new engine-$3800.00. Apparently those trucks have an oil leakage problem (I'm not the only sucker to buy this lemon) I went ahead and O. K'd the service. A day later the service person stated I need a new Transmission another 400.00. No problem right? Wrong
About a week after I got my truck back the service light went on again. I brought it back and without my authorization they stated they had to replace another part-$400.00 again. I refused to pay and the service guy was being very combative refusing to let me talk to a supervisor.
I had to call the police it got so bad. No manager to talk to. I just dumped 3800 on their laps and did could not get a manager. Eventually I had to pay the 400.00 ransom money to have them release my vehicle. Never buy a ford. Never go to Chapman ford for service they'll rip you off.
