Eddie Monroy Parts for an automobile, Truck

We called Fort Worth Auto Parts inquiring about parts for a 2005 F350 (diesel) truck front hub/wheel bearing kits for both tires. Mr Monroy said he had the parts we needed and they would ship out first thing in morning. We paid Mr. Monroy in full and we received the parts on July 9 from the United States Postal Service (USPS). When my husband took the parts off of our truck he opened one of the boxes Mr. Monroy send us to only to find the parts where not the correct parts. My husband called immediately to let Mr. Monroy know that the parts where not the correct ones. Mr Monroy said he will find out what happened and call him back.
When he did not call back on July 9, we called first thing on July 10 (Saturday) to inquire on the status of what we should do. Mr. Monroy instructed us to send the parts back with no explanation on what happened and he said he would give us back our money. He asked for a fax number to send us shipping information. I gave him my work fax. When I arrived to work on Monday, July 12 I saw that the shipper was a different carrier (UPS) so I was unable to ship in the same boxes that they were sent. I took the parts from the both boxes, put them in 2 other boxes and instructed and sent them out first thing. We called Mr. Monroy to inform him the parts were on the their way and he informed us he would contact us as soon as he receives that way he can get us our money back.
We did not hear from Mr. Monroy and when checked on USP tracking on July 15, we found that one package had in fact been delivered. So we called Mr. Monroy to find out when he would credit us our monies and he said that both packages were damaged. Mr. Monroy said that the first package was missing parts and the other had cables damaged. I told him that we sent back the parts in the same manner they were sent to us. He said that he mentioned that it was possible that it was repackaged with UPS and he would take that up with them. I asked him about the situation on hand and getting refund of our monies and he said to take it up with my bank and hung up on me. I have tried to call him to see if this matte can be resolved and he will not speak with me.
I do see how this is justifiable not only am I out of money for a product that was returned in the exact manner it was sent to me, but I do not even have the correct part I paid for. It also wasnt until Mr. Monroy received the parts, he informed me he did not carry the parts we had inquire about.
