Of all days to make a mother feel shocked, my son in montreal used your services with his hard earned money to make me feel special... I can not think how my words will come out to describe the disaster i received... The roses were on their last legs petals falling off three broken and the rest of the flowers wilted with no signs of life. How can you stay in business and do this to people and customers do you not have any respect
