On 29 May I introduced my freightliner century to Nampa Idaho freightliner to test what's incorrect with my motor and just why “check motor light” occasionally on.

The specialist tell me EGR valve poor which may be the reason for it. He changed EGR valve. And quickly the motor start I told them nothing is transformed. The motor makes same “bumming” sound and it has exceeding shake. The specialist informs me they just set my CEL and very first time learns about these issues.

The cost for components and work was $1920.46.

4 dais Afterwards 3 June I introduced my vehicle to “freightliner of des Moines” to check on why “check motor light” continues to be on after changing EGR valve for $1920.46. The specialist work rules and was exactly the same reading when I delivered to Nampa. The specialist create on bill: “The wiring for EGR valve is poor right in the hold from the EGR valve, should you shake around it'll signal up and EGR don't work properly”.

I ask Mr. Todd Harmer, support supervisor, if he might contact Nampa gays to pay this $1920.46 to repair actual issue with my vehicle to displace EGR valve pigtail, turbo actuator and air-intake Charger it's about $914.16 for components and 7.8 hours work.

Mr. Todd Harmer calls them up and explained they'll just pay me pigtail for $199.50. Plus they did.

It's apparent the specialists change the great component and that I shouldn’t purchase it.
