Named in to the dealer to ask about changing a leaky valve base with a Tire Pressure Monitor Indicator (TPMS). The support man instantly cited a complete substitution of the system at over $250 excluding work. Actually this can be a tire valve base.

I proceeded to recommend the indicator is operating properly and does not have to be changed. The technicians reaction that adopted attempted to create me appear silly "the valve base is connected the the indicator." I subsequently recommended that there's a device base replacement package having a fan that connects the base towards the indicator and that I simply require them to change valve stems or alter the one which was about the tire.

Long story short... The technology attempted to create me appear to be used to donot understand what I had been referring to and that I simply quit the problem alone. Every time I consider my vehicle into support an issue needs to be to the stage of apparent before they'll really recognize that anything is incorrect. I fear the absurd reasons and continuous backwards and forwards before issues are done right. I desire businesses still thought operating and repairing issues the very first time.
