After receiving a pilot screw adj wrench in the mail that would not suit my needs, I attempted to contact by fax and by e-mail, (because there is no phone #) to no avail. My requests for any kind of response have fallen on deaf ears.in an attempt to return the product I requested a return auth number, like that will happen that was two days ago. I should have shopped Ebay. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to get it in the mail, the it's the wrong one. After i posted a question as to it's proper application. And the bike still sits. And I've got a disgruntled customer! He gives a bad name to the rest of us out there trying to make an honest buck.
