Wow, Scam doesn't even begin to describe this company. The listed owner, Greg Sclafani, and Marguerite Cermola are unlike any business persons, and I use that term sparingly, that I have ever come across. I have talked with Sclafani on several occasions to inquire of the ever extending date to pick up our car only to be met with threats, threats of attorneys, threats of things he is going to do. Here is the synopsis of their scam. They are a broker for auto transports. Note: They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau. You contract with them to transport a car intrastate or interstate. The assure they can handle the order with no problem by a specific date. Once they receive your contract they immediately withdraw the funds from your account (and as evidenced by court reports even double tap some accounts). When the day comes for them to pick up your car no one shows up. So you call and if you get Marguerite, she is very nice, but comes up with some excuse and transfers you to Greg, who will mislead you on the phone with a false name. Once you begin to inquire Greg gets hostile, barages you with obscentities and then hangs up on you. When you call back he is even worse, stating you are harassing him and his employees (him and Marguerite). What Greg tries to to is get you to get mad and cancel the contract which states that if you cancel, you owe them a 250 dollar administrative which is not refundable. This is how they make their living. Greg relies on intimidation, abusive obscentities, hostility and threatens you with attorneys, simply to get you to cancel the contract. My family contracted with Greg to move a vehicle from one place to another. Greg assured the family member that pick up could be made by June 19. When they failed to show we placed calls to Greg and Marguerite. Each time they would have an excuse of why they were delayed and Greg would then go into the "Gangster Wannabe" act and start his barage of threats, obscentities, hostilities in every attempt to get us to get family members to cancel the contract. Sorry Greg, we are not cancelling anything. Greg has no problem using these obscentities, hostilities, threats on an 80 year old woman, so don't think for an instant that he will not do the same to you. Greg is a crook. Greg falsely identified himself to me on the phone as "ED". I called to simply inquire about why the date was delayed from the original pick up date of May 19th, which as of June 1st, still had not been picked up. Anyone would call and ask the same thing and a business in "good standing" would not hesitate to explain the delay.
