I purchased a car in California on 09-18 and it is still sitting in CA. The trucking company ripped me off for $845.00 and now I have to pay someone else $1150.00 and wait 2-3 more weeks. I am very upset.
The Trucking Co. Got thier money upfront (I know Red Flag) and never picked up the car and week after week lie after lie the truck driver is delayed, finally enough lies I asked for a refund Greg Sclafani basically laughed, cursed me and in so many words told me request a refund in writing and he would refund everything except $250.00 cancellation fee. He also kept hanging up the phone I had to call back five times. I told Greg that was not acceptable I want a refund in full, Greg said and I quote Hey Pal I am not playing games with you read your contract you piece of *it and then hung up again.
I sent the Co. A certified letter asking for a refund I explained in the letter I never and the dealership never signed thier contract (because one was never sent) and if I do not have a full refund I will send the attached Attorney General of New York complaint form as well hire a personal attorney to pursue with legal action. I also included the report from usacomplaints.com. The emotional and financial stress this has caused me is unbearable.
I want this guy arrested for a Felony, after my research this Gregory C Sclafani has had several business names and has ripped people off for years this is how he makes his money and he needs to be stopped but everyone gives up because he is in New York, he threatens them and the cost involved after already a thousand dollars lost. I will not give up I want this fraud to be stopped and I want everyone including the truck drivers to get thier money owed.

The Owners Greg Sclafani and his lying cheating wife Marguerite Cermola are operating with the intend to defraud and scheme monies from the general public by deception, fraud, intimation and unfair business practice. They promise delivery in a timely matter, experience, friendly, and courteous service... Nonsense!!! 40 dollar inspection fee is unjust and fraud on its face value. No other company will charge this and all truckers inspect there cargo for insurance purpose... They have had numerous name changes... Red flag... Not been in business since 1986, A eastern connection was formed in No sure thing as I.C. C REGULATIONS PRICING, they where disbanded in he early 90"s, they are a broker so they don't have carriers READY AND WAITING, MORE LIES. State they are a member of Department of Transportation more LIES, don't need a US DOT number they don't own nor operate any commercial vehicles... Pround member of F.B.A.A. They don't EXIST... BBB. Better Business Bureau... Wants nothing to do with Sclafani and his wife Cermola citing hundreds of complaints UNRESOLVED. Sure service is guarantee... TO BE POOR, If YOU get any... Spoke to many Motor carriers who will never haul anything for this couple regardless of what name they operate under... They have cheated hard working truckers out of money, because they charge the full amount to the client upfront. Many AMERICAN TROOPS who are of to WAR for this COUNTRY have beam victims. Filed complaints against SCLAFANI and his wife CERMOLA... They are operating under an INACTIVE INTERSTATE PROPERTY BROKER LICENSE. Breaking federal law... All victims must complaint to the STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AT ONCE AND PUT THESE THIEVES OUT OIF BUSINESS FOR good...
