I tried to use my $75.00 gift card the week of feb 20 and they said it had never been activated. I talked to the manager Greg and he was very rude to me. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Greg said I had no proof that the card was bought at his store. I went to his restaurant to relax and enjoy my time and he treats me like a crook. After trying to discuss the problem with Greg I finely in a low voice told him this is bull shit. Greg then told me no one is going to curse him and he told me to leave. When I got back to my office I called Greg and apologized for my saying bull shit but i am very diappointed in his behavior toward me a customer. I called Greg today 3-2 and he is willing to send me a $40.00 gift card for the fraudulant card they were paid $75.00 for. Disgusted in mt vernon, Il
