One of the worst place to buy a car. I was very very disappointed by the way they treat their customers. Very uneducated staff.
Was pressurized to buy. The salesperson on the live help used phrases and words like "are you crazy", "just stop and listen to me", "are we wasting each other's time?". I asked the salesman if he drives a Mitsubishi, this was the car I wanted to buy. His answer was "I don't belong to that category". I asked what category does he belong to, and he said "BMW". I finally purchased Mitsubishi from them, sent the deposit, received it. The car was very good, but I still have nightmares with that salesperson on the live help, his name was Mitch.
