Required my vehicle set for a program tire change 2/13/10 and experienced my wheel locks cut to shreds. The supervisor advised me they, actually, smashed them, but wouldn't purchase fresh wheel locks or the important thing. Talked using the area supervisor, Mike Roth and he explained they, NTB, weren't liable. And so I needed to contact a tow vehicle and also have my vehicle towed to a different store in DC plus they eliminated the shredded wheel-lock in 15-20 minutes. I'll NEVER conduct business with this specific organization again.
