Neglects to properly address saftey equiptment issues

My wife and I purchased a 2003 4wd Chevrolet Suburban from Beltway Auto Mart on April 15th. I traded in a 2006 toyota highlader that was paid off and made up the difference in price by paying cash. When I finished my paperwork I asked The sales manager John if they would be willing to wash my new car at which point he told me I would be better off taking it to a car wash on my way home. Great! Luckily Lou my salesman told me there was a hose around back and was even nice enough to offer and help me wash it. That was the beginning of my dealing with this dealership and I should have taking that as a sign of things to come.

I test drove the vehicle and everything SEEMED to be in working order and the yellow Maryland state inspection certificate in the window assured me that all the safety equipment was checked by a certified mechanic. Well that only lasted about 10 minutes into my drive home when I went over a speed bump and heard the passenger side door make a strange sound.
