At approximately 3:15PM, I took my 2005 Honda odyssey to SOFT TOUCH AUTO WASH on NOVI, MI for $4 car wash. As soon as the van was washed, I noticed passenger side door strip is peeled out. I immediately brought it to the attention of the person working that time. He gave me a number to contact Mr. Bill. Mr Bill has already has the answer when I called him. He claimed that the damage could not be from the car wash because in his own words "you car door strip is already loose".
I would strongly solicit that no one do business with SOFT TOUCH AUTO WASH on NOVI, MI. Besides the door strip peeled out on the van the verbal abuse left an emotional scar on me and worse I had already paid in advance. I have never had this pathetic level of service and I see no reason why SOFT TOUCH AUTO WASH on NOVI, MI is in business.
