Being a business that orders components online many times per week, I had been surprised to become billed over $80 in FLOOR delivery and handling for just two small and light weight components that price $60. After I named to protest, the client support agent explained that I'd 3 possibilities to determine the delivery costs. He was ostensibly showing me I had been silly to skip it. I acknowledge that used to donot appear - Our harmful to accepting the floor costs could be $15-20. Among the components found its way to 2 business days however the additional required 8 business days. He explained I really could return them-but they'd not return the delivery! After much backwards and forwards, he decided to return all costs easily settled the return shipment. On theory, I'm spending the delivery to come back the components and certainly will NEVER purchase another component from COMPONENTS PRACTICE.
