I had my friend purchase a kit bike from Pitbull Motorcycles on October 19 and I had been building a bike from parts bought by Pitbull over the past two years. I made a deal with Mike Davis to give him $5k to finish my kit in return I would receive a Pitbull Vin number. I had to send him a check for $5,000 (which I was to receive a transmission and did), my frame and motor mso and he kept the mso for the trans I purchased for the bike.
Nedless to say it is Dec 21 and I never received the Pitbull vin nor will he return my mso. I hear every story under the sun from computer problems, legal issues with his previous partner Mark Evans to he lost them. To make matter worse when my friend received the kit bike, it was missing 45 parts and the front end was damaged. After threats with legal action got us no wear my friend hopped on a plane to try and get his fender and a set of wheels in exchange for the missing parts. Well after waiting 4 hours for Mike to bring the fender and nothing else he came home and we finished the bike.
Since then I have talked to Mike and he claims that the issues with the titles are due to Mark Evans not releasing the company or the state of Florida issuing the vin numbers. Bottom line is this guy is the poster boy for scum and we are going to do everything we can do to see this not happen to anyone else. I has a friend run his record and he has a record longer than most so we are up against a professional criminal. I know there are a few others out there who have been burned by Mike T Davis so lets banned together and get justice.
