Horrible customer support associated with aged/handicapped traveler. Lately reserved a visit BEDROOM/MCI with my aged mom who wants an aisle chair. The path didn't provide the "Traditional" cost, therefore no progress chair assignments were allowed. After I attempted to check on in online twenty four hours ahead of time, couldn't sign in for my mom since we'd a "fulfill and aid" demand. After I attempted to contact concerns to obtain the chair task (must have been an easy demand), the telephone program does anything it may to decrease you from speaking having a genuine individual. Was placed on store for HALF AN HOUR simply to talk to a realtor. Once the broker ultimately responded, she was REALLY unhelpful and uncaring. Placed on hold another 10 units to talk to boss. Boss explained that I ought to have reserved the more costly Traditional cost easily desired chair projects (evidently without examining to determine if it had been actually available). Attempted to inform me I'd need to wait until check in in the airport. Ultimately got my mom an aisle chair, but sadly it is eight lines from my seat task!
