We flew Air India in January from Mumbai to NYC. We'd the worst experience ever. We experienced rude, unaware team who handled us with disrespect. If that's the type of flight employees that Atmosphere India decides to employ, it speaks volumes for that organization and its own mission statement. We introduced an FAA authorized child car seat (which anybody in america understands will be employed for babies on planes) towards the airplane and bought another chair for the toddler. We were harassed, mocked, and endangered (Flt Clerk Mahender stated they'd not remove or property if we didn't eliminate him from his chair)! Based on Air India, we'd to get rid of a ASLEEP kid out-of his child car seat, whereupon he woke up and cried and fussed the whole trip. Who that? The trip was beyond challenging because of my medical issues and failure to easily maintain our boy. He delivered hardly any moment in his chair, after he understood he did not need to be inside it. Air India must awaken and understand that the civil world doesn't maintain babies within their hands at remove and landing—THAT'S harmful! We informed them that vehicle seats are accustomed to safely maintain kids in US; they mentioned they weren't US plus they haven't noticed child car seats. We advised them of the study; they stated they didn't care. Meanwhile, about the trip to India we'd an Atmosphere India team who had been more educated and after checking the vehicle chair, obviously, permitted it. Our boy rested, consumed, and performed nicely on that trip. Air India flight attendant Mahender charged people of insulting them whenever we stated we'd not travel this flight again. If my parents running a business course weren't later advised of the problem, we might not need gotten the interest of Rajive, who although from the child car seat, atleast paid attention to our part fundamentally—although he endured in ongoing not to permit the vehicle seat for landing. This type of horrible flight! This type of terrible traveling experience! FYI to Air India: Study suggests that babies safely fixed into an FAA authorized child car seat are far more prone to ENDURE airplane failures than babies who're kept by their moms.
Can you allow your child to become unbuckled and out-of a carseat in an automobile planning at high rates? Then why would you let a kid to become merely kept (and so quickly crushed) on the airplane???
We dislike Oxygen India and we shall NEVER travel it again.
