I went there first to get my car smog checked and it failed like i knew it would. Check engine light on. I've been a mechanic for 10 years but have moved to a different job feild. I told the guy that the cat converter is bad he said no it was the mass air flow sensor and that $450.00 would get up and running with a smoged car. No this did not fix the problem. A few days go by after the drive cycle and take it back in to them and the tech says um you'll laugh at this and shows me a cracked return line and says this was the problem and to bring it back tomorrow. So i do guess what... The codes on the scanner say cat converter. So at this point im pissed. They say since you have brought it in so many times well do the cat converterr and all the sensors and all for $650.00 no more problems. I agreed because it was a decent price and i need to pass smog to get new tags so at this point they have made my registration almost a month late. Im a dad with one car 3 kids. I dont have the means to just leave my car for 3 4 days. Anyway the got it pass smog and all is supposed to be corrected the next day my check engine light is on again. I really feel all they did was reset the computer to get it to pass smog. I could have paid 50 bucks for that some where else. I wanted the car to be done right the first time. I called today to inform them about light Marty said bring it in. I will and them take it some where else after they tell me why the the light is on. I think George Knapp needs to pay them a visit. Do not take your car here except for the $7.99 smog check. If it fails take your car some where else to repair. This shop is the worst. John Roop I gave one star because i had too. DO NOT PAY CASH!!! I wish i would have used a card to pay for this so i could have charged back for services not rendered.
This is also the review that i left on their Google Maps listing. This is also going to be one of the Better Business Bureau complaints.
