I purchase two tires for my car hauler and when i got home the two i had replaced had no hub caps. I called and the manger said no problem the company would take care of it and would send me a check for a set of 4 as it would behard to find matching ones. I`v called several times and eachtime it`s someone else, a different manager each time and each time i`m told it will be taken care of and i even sent photos and was told again it would be taken care of, what a bunch of BS. This will not go away I will continue this till my cap are replaced and if they can`t find the same that match the other two then you can pay for one`s of my choice. I`m really tired of getting the round a round, I`v called the store atleast 8 or 9 times and no one ever calls back. I`v also called corporate office 3 times and still nothing and filled a report via e-mail as they asked and still no response. I`m damn tired of the BS run around and was actually getting ready to buy another set for my truck, huh, not a chance at this point. I`v had people tell me that caps have actually been stolen.
