Ripoff fraud contract financing and downpayment ripoff scam liars

The salesman told me that I coun'nt qualify for zero down, so after a couple of hours of haggling, we agreed to $2,000 down. My roomate confronted the salesman and said "You won't come back later and ask for anymore money down." He said "No". Two hours later I was signing a contract (8-12-02).

On 9-2-02, I had to go back and sign another contract, plus sign a promissary note for another $700, due by 10-17-02. Then they told me, if someone calls and ask how much did I put down of the car, that I should lie and say I have already given them a total of $2,700 dollars. Both contracts have different figures on them, from the Dealers asking price, to the interest rate, to the monthly payment, and so on.

Iwas told when I signed the first contract that I had already been financed. Then while signing the second contract, they told me the finacing fell through. But I was assurred that I was financed now signing this contract. A week later a Bank called, asking how much money had I put down on the car and other questions? I asked are they the one's financing me? They told me that I wil get a call back to let me know, one way or another. Fortunately they called back a couple of days later to confirm financing me.

They Lied and cheated me in every way possible. They changed the asking price, but increased the interest rate. Double-talked to me about the two contracts being the same just that they put some wrong figures in the wrong places, all the while assuring me that I making and getting the best deal possible. They had me! They know after having the car almost a month, showing it off to my family and friends that they practically are guaranteed that I'm going to sign anything at that point to keep it. They also told me I had 30-Days free insurance.

I found out that was a lie also. I went and canceled it, and they freaked out, because I took their kickback from the insurance company. I realize I had paid $500 for that 30-Day free insurance. Now I'm wondering when or if I'll get any of that money back. ALL I KNOW is that, form the Dealer-Asking Price of the Car, the Downpayment, the Financing, and the Insurance, I got screweddddd ROYALLY! RipOff Scaming, Fraud-Liars. I now have a car, that (by the present contract) listed at $13,700, and in 60 months end up paying approx. $22,200 for. WHAT A RIPOFF.
