Paint And Body ripoff Crappy Paint Job and Crappy people with Crappy personalites

On 10/03/03 I went to pick up my car. I looked at the work was happy till I got to the hood. It looked as if it was dirty and they spray painted over it. I went inside and was asked by the lady behind the counter if I was there to pick up a car. I said yes but I have a problem with the work. So a nice guy named robert came and helped me.

We looked at the hood and he told me to bring the car back and he would fix it. So we went inside to look at the paperwork to see if and who made the mistake. We figured out that the manager that was helping me forgot to add something to the paperwork.

So Robert went into the other room came back said that the owner will fix no cost. I said thanks (but in my head I am thinking you are darn right I am not paying). So I told him that Victor the manager that was helping me said I would get some touch up paint.

Robert told me to look in the car and if not on Monday he would get me some. I went in to the car it smelt gross. I looked on the floor and there was a container. No label and I had no clue what it was.

So I went back into the place to talk to Robert and I asked him what it was. He said touch up paint. I said dang this is a getto container usually it has a tight lid and a brush not closed but tape. He laughed. I thought it was no harm. But out from the side office came a very upset lady. She said if you are going to call it ghetto next time you can pay for it. (I did not ask for it free Victor said he would not charge me) I looked dumb founded and so did Robert. I said that I was talking to him and it was a joke. (there were no other customers in the store). Oh crap s_ _ _ hit the fan. She went off on me.

Saying that I came in with a bad attitude and in front of other customer I said that I had a problem with the paint. I said no I did not. I told her I was the customer and I want the job done correctly and I should get a little respect. She said that she does not need customers like me with attitude. I left crying.

Went to my car Robert followed and said he was sorry for her. I asked Robert who the owner was. He said Ray and he does not know his last name. All of a sudden this lady flies by me to a car (the same lady from inside) and talkes with the guy inside the car. I asked Robert who it was. He said the owner. So I got out of my care to chat with him. He was just as rude as her. I asked him if he was the owner he said No. A manager. So I told him the story and he could care less. He said maybe both of us had a attitude. So I began to cry.

I can not believe what is going on a joke with some else now I am crying. When I was telling him the story she flew from around the counter and got in my face and said dont lie tell him the truth and I was. She went back aound the counter. I stopped telling the story because I could see he really did not care. So just to stop all problems I said I was sorry if I may have come off with a attitude.

Instead of he saying o. K and I am sorry to. She said "are you sorry for you attituded or for being a b_ _ _ _. I said that was uncalled for. It is done I am going to be the bigger person and move on but remember how your business runs on people like me (our money). She said once again she does not need people like me.

So guess what I am telling all my family and friends about my experience. I own my own business and have lot of friends. She will one day wish she was not so mean when there is no more business. Anyways after that I went to my car and balled, called the bank to see if I can stop the credit card but they said no. I look over my shoulders and there was Robert again saying how sorry he is and to come on Monday. I said o.K. Knowing that I can not go back. I fear that there may be a repeat.

So I sat there a few minutes to gather my thoughts and the hole time they had a guy sit and stare at me (like I am going to do someing). I left and now here I am writting this letter trying to get someone to listen to me. I am the customer I dont care how much I spend and if I did have a attitude (I did not). But no one needs to be treated like that I am the customer. She needs to learn that she is the owners finance but I am the customer. I paid my hard earned money to get my car a paint job, not someone with a foul attitude.
