Illinois resign contract and they kept my rebate they are thieves

On the evening of 3/10 I purchased a new 2010 Volkswagen Passat at Mike Haggerty VW in Oak Lawn, IL 60453, the Finance manager (JIM) is who did the financing and printed out all the paperwork. Since it was late and the Manager Lavern and the Finance (JIM) wanted to go home, the paperwork was rushed and I was not given chance to realize what was going on and what exactly we were purchasing as far as GAP insurance and warranty and the customer loyalty program they were offering. When we arrived home and after the excitement wore off a little from purchasing my first brand new vehicle I started to think about the Gap Insurance, decided to purchase it. Then I realized I did not get my $1,500 in customer loyalty. The following morning I called Mike Haggerty VW and explained that I decided to purchase the Gap insurance, and I did not get my $1,500 in customer loyalty. I was told that it would not be a problem and that I need to come in and sign a new contract with the Gap Insurance, and the $1,500 in customer loyalty included. After work the following day (03/11/10) that night I went back into the dealership (Mike Haggerty VW in Oak Lawn, IL 60453) they had a new contract in place. Once I got home, I took out the first contract and compared it to the one I just signed with the Gap insurance.in comparing both of my contracts I realized they changed the price of the vehicle and kept my customer loyalty rebate of $1,500. I contacted the dealer the next day and they told me that they couldn't do anything for me and the paperwork was already processed with VW Financial. Its almost 10 days later and my trade was sold and they still haven't paid off of my vehicle and when I called VW Financial they told me they still haven't received the contract and they knew nothing of the deal.
