I was looking for a Mustang, so I went online as anyone would, found one at www.kingsautosalesusa.com, saw the price and love it. Im from brooklyn so my dad sent them the deposit and we received the car in 6 days. I took it for a test drive open the hood looked over the whole car everything was good, I loved the car and got it the same day. Now two weeks later the horn started to blow non-stop pulled over, turned it off, waited a few mins the turned it back on everything was fine. Two days later same problem so i had to pull the fuse for the horn. I contacted www.kingsautosalesusa.com by live help and they recommended a place to fix it, the warranty will cover it., 9hr later got it fixed, so i was told. Next day same problem pulled the fuse following day went back 6hrs later they could not fix it, i went back 3 more times to get it fixed, they had to order the part for it. I was told it would take a 3 days. Two weeks and 6 emails to www.kingsautosalesusa.com later was told the part still wasnt there, they put me on hold called up another service department in the bronx who had the part and if i wanted to go there. Went there had to wait 3 days the problem was fixed after driving 9 weeks without a horn. I felt so defrauded by www.kingsautosalesusa.com because they didn't tell me about this problem in the first place, I am sure they knew.
