Parts bad and will not return

I bought a distant load PRC Distant Master Cylinder Tank from SRS. After numerous calls and emails (without any reaction)... I requested that component be terminated and my charge card acknowledged. Nicely after four weeks, the component appear, I've a-rod contractor do the installation also it fails! Attempted numerous telephone calls and emails AGAIN... NO REPLY

I'd not suggest using the services of SRS on the internet... Imagine you've to reside in Indianapolis togo right into a face-to-face fulfill the corporation, simply because they DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT about them at-all!
