I bought a quad at what I believed was the agreed upon price. They kept me there claiming my credit was problematic, they did offer to get me into a much more expensive unit that would be no problem getting credit for.By the way, I have good credit. I had 1/3 the price as a down payment, which they took immediately when the price was agreed upon, or so I thought. The finance mgr. Had me sign several documents after waiting about 4hours. I was happy to be out of there. Only after a few days did I check the paperwork. My quads sale price jumped $900. I contacted the finance mgr, looking for an explanation. She claimed the fees were for delivery and prep. Okay, but I had then listed and paid for them already, then she claimed administrative costs. We went round and round several times over this. I got nowhere. She faxes my the sales document, and lo and behold, my quads price is now $900 more than I had agreed to. I have been in contact with them and am at a loss over what to do now. I do not know what recourse I have, I am not at all pleased with how they handled this.
