This dealership had us drive 80 miles round trip to purchase a car that they verbally agreed to sale us @ a set price. We informed this dealership that we wanted to use their preferred finance company prior to any negotiating. They agreed to the price and finance. Once we drove the 80 miles the second time. They told us that they will have to charge us an additional 1,900 dollars for the cost of finance. Which is 100% absolutely illegal? When we called this to their attention. They refused to deal with us any longer and said that we are bad customers and they wouldn't sale the car. The facts are this. We disclosed every detail upfront. We agreed on a price. This dealer baited us into their dealership and then switched the price from what was agreed. Beware of Steve White Motors.com, Steve White Motors, Steve White Chrysler Dodge, Alvin Woodraff and Bush the Sales Manager. They all are extremely unprofessional and have NO BUSINESS ETHICS AMOUNG ANYONE IN THIS DEALERSHIP.
