I got my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for an oil-change. I quit my vehicle to become maintained using the secrets within the key. While it had been completed, my vehicle was operating awaiting me outside. I named the store plus they indignantly stated they didn't have my secrets which I should have dropped them through some problem of my own personal. Extremely disappointed, I delivered towards the store plus they again declined to consider them, declaring they offered me back the keys I'd passed them (despite the fact that used to donot give them any secrets). After I turned to once more searching in my own car, a worker ultimately arrived on the scene and discovered them on the top of my car. They'd obtained them from the key, hook them up to the top, after which utilized my extra tips to come back my vehicle in my experience after-service. They never accepted to being incorrect, however they repeatedly charged me to be to blame. I actually donot believe Jiffy Lube understands what customer support is. Dont visit Jiffy Lube!
