Wrong part, wrong time, and wrong answers

I called on 10 Nov 09 and asked about a drivers door mirror for my F250. The guy I spoke with told me that the aftermarket mirrors were just not the same quality as a OEM one. I agreed and ordered a used OEM one, and was told 7-10 days to receive it. My credit card was charged that day. After waiting 2 weeks I called back and was told by a different guy that the original part was cracked and they were getting a different one in the mail in 1-2 days. Again waited 2 weeks and called back, this time I was told that the mirror was temporally out of stock and just became available and would be shipped in 1-2 days. I asked how a used mirror was out of stock and was told that I would be getting a aftermarket one. I then relayed my original conversation from the 10th, I was told to call back the next day. I called back and was told that they were shipping a OEM mirror and I would have it in 7-10 days. Once again I waited, called back and was told that for some reason it did not ship but would get shipped now. I finally received the mirror on the 21st of Dec. However it was not a OEM one but a aftermarket one. I also reconfirmed exactly the style of mirror I needed each time I talked to them, and they even called me to confirm the style once. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and it was the wrong one. So to recap I waited 52 days paid 85 dollars more than I needed to and still don't have the part I need.
