Our purchase was a catastrophe right from the start. (1) The enrollment and order-entry function on the site was inoperable (2) after I named my purchase in, the consultant was inexperienced and attempted promoting me another more costly tire which was the incorrect dimension and had poor evaluations (3) they assured my purchase could be prepared exactly the same evening which didnt occur simply because they never explained the tires needed to move from another nearby shop initial (4) After 5 emails and telephone calls they did nothing to treat the problem - wouldnt facilitate my purchase as well as guaranteed an answer but no-follow up! To create up for that period I dropped I'd to generate one hour roundtrip towards the closest Fedex middle to get the purchase and (5) they'd actually credit me $25 for that period and gasoline!!! They attempted to provide me $25 off my next purchase but which was a marketing everybody gets and might need me to invest another $600! Plus, why could I purchase again from the business who takes benefit of their clients and don't actually take liability due to their steps! These tires were supposed to take my family on the christmas vacation and so they ruined my vacation!!! Buyer beware!!!
