After overpaying on my monthly premium, not once but twice I was told that I would get a refund check in the mail in 30-45 days. After 46 days and I hadn't received the check I went into the office. The SCAMMER acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about and requested my receipt. Provided the receipt the next day, now she has the "DUMMY" look on her face. To make a long story short, I took it upon myself to "INVESTIGATE" Boy oh boy did I investigate. I called the Insurance Company directly and spoke to the underwriter who informed me that I had been scammed. She confirmed that my initial down payment was overcharged by $34. She advised me to contact the Broker, which happens to be the father of the "SCAMMER". Well when I called she explained that the owner is never in how can I help you? After I refused to talk to her she stated, "He's only going to turn the complaint over to me." She acted as if she had jotted down my information, of course she didn't. However, I ended up contacting the GA State Insurance Commission's Office, OMG!!! Turns out she had signed me up for a Motor Club ($50) after my mom and I initially told her that I didn't need the service because my brother owns a towing & recovery service. The ending result, she had to refund all of my monies that she had over charged. My advise to you, don't ever use auto insurance brokers!!! - scamming a*
