I was a custumer of Dairyland insurance for a long time until a call to check on my insurance and the costumer service individuals told me that my insurance had been cancel for almost one month. I never received any mail of notice of cancelation or anything of that sort.
I was very frustrated because there was nothing that I could have said to the agent (customer service) that could prove my innocence and their mistake. Anyways, I am not buying insurance from them again.
