Auto ac supply Paid but didnt get tool

I purchased a tool on November 2 for $142.95 and have yet to see it. They wont answer emails and you cant leave a message because the mail box is full. Stay away from these crooks. Thier web site looks legit with all the pages and helpful info.
Avoid!!!
