Chief insurance agency quoted me one price later then doubled and charged me $150 on top consumer rip-off fraud

I was shopping around on the internet for motorcycle insurance and found this agency in LA. So i called and was quoted $660 for a year. This included $150 charge for services.

I then receive a bill from the insurance company for $1697. I Called the agency to see what was the problem. They tell me that I told them my bike was a GSX600, instead of a GSX-R600.

There is no such motorcycle as a GSX600 for 2003. I was told by other insurance agencies to beware of these scams, but i fell to one. The agency i delt with can only say "they're sorry" and i can't have my money back.
