A when in to rent a car, I was polite, said hello, he nearly said hi, looked like he was mad about something. His all around attidude was really disturbing. When i got my car he slammed the keys on the desk top like "here you go, sign here bring it back wtyh a full tank bye", thoes where the exact words that came out of Mr. Luis Ramos"mouth. Later about two hours the car i was driving broke down on me, I was stranded. Lucky a nice young man pulled over to help, I asked if i can use his cell since mine had no charge left. I called the avis office on 8330 south dixie highway, An empoylee there anserw i told her what had happen, this person couldn't help me at all she said just call a 1800 number on the slip, they said they were to busy and hunged up on me. I called the number on the slip, no one anserwed. I called back to the avis office then Mr. Luis Ramos anserwed i told him my problem, I said i was relly worried because I'm lost and the place were i got stuck doesn't look safe he responded, well that s not my problem we already told you what you have to do have a nice day, and just like that he hunged up on me! I againg called for help, i told please help me i need my adress, i had giving them as an emegency contact since i came out of state i didn't remember it at the time, Mr. Luis Ramos said he couldn't help me with that, it's not his problem and that i had a short memory and refused to help me. After minutes of begging. He just told keep calling the number on the slip, and don't bother him that he has work to do. I never have been so upset and dissapointed with the kind of service this avis provided. It's so sad that people like Mr. Luis Ramos has a job when they are not willing to help others and do there job right. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working...
