Mother Received Winning Mail Notice

My Mother received the same notice as these others about being a winner in The American Family Publishing Sweepstakes Drawing from the UK. I tried to call from my work - the number was not accepted - I figure they were looking for a residential number. My Mother is 85 yrs old and luckily asked me to look into. I also would like something done about these scams especially geared towards the elderly. For the record - my Mother is on a fixed income.
