My husband took our Four Winds RV to Camp World to have it checked out because it was not running right. We were planning a long trip in a few weeks, we are in our 70's and going North and do not need to be stranded. Nov. 5th Jerry traveled approx. 50 miles to campworld to the appointment. He explained what was wrong with the vehicle, was charged $109.00, they put the vehicle on the dig. Machine and charged $109.00, they sent the RV somewhere they said they placed vacuum lines that were dameged by mice, 900 and that was $218.00 then they replace wiring harness 900 and that was $218.00, and charged parts 900 of $49.50, total bill of $714.08. None of the above has been done. The RV runs the same and we took it to Ford here in town to verify parts replaced and he could not see any new parts, our son is replacing the vacuum lines they were rotten. No new wiring was done, they had evidently taken the RV and parked it somewhere and left my husband for 8 hours who is diabetic and no place to get anything to eat. On Wednesday the 25 of November was the first time I seen the bill and I started calling. I finally got a hold of Kevin on Friday the 27th and he insisted they did the work, they know what they did, this is a rip off and how many people do they do this too. How many people do they cause accidents or deaths on the highway of the elderly.
