Me and my husband had gone to this dealership because another dealership told us about them. The first sales man Steve was showing us around was very rude didn't know what he was talking about so we left. My husband realize that he had left he drivers license there and we went back then another guy came out we talked to him and long story short we got a car. The first thing was when the let us use the car to go cash my husband check the car died on us there. The second thing we took the car home it died on us three time, so they changed the battery. Then the brakes were no good my ABS light came on along with the Brake light, took it back to them the fix something else instead of the brakes (to this day my brakes still have not been fixed). From the first day the first sales man kept calling me mama my father in-law addressed it nothing was done. They had us there the first day for 3 hours then told us to come back and had us there the second day for 5 hours. They also told me they would detail the car never did took the car in to get it detailed and kept telling me to come back another time. Also my father in-law ask for the car fax they would not give it to us. The day came when we owed they the rest of the down payment the hung up on me 5 times before I paid it. Now our tags are expired and they have been expired for a little over a week I keep calling they tell me they can not help me and to call some lady and then she never answers her phone call back today he gave me attitude and hung up on me. This place and its people are rude the use foul language in front of there customers, they are very unprofessional. I think they should not be able to sell cars at all.
