My family rented a car for the weekend, so one of my family members could take the family car down to another family member's college to help them move out for the summer. When we got there, they didn't have the exact car our receipt specified we would receive. The car we got was smaller than what we were supposed to get and was dirty both on the inside and on the outside. The inside had food crumbs, stains, and who knows what else all over the seats and carpeting inside the car. The outside had bird poo and splattered insect carcasses all over it. It also had chips in the pain and dents in it. When we asked for either a cleaner car or if they'd clean it, they became extremely rude and hostile and griped about cleaning the car. They also claimed that the car they gave us was all they had. They finally cleaned the car they gave us, but they didn't do a good job of cleaning it. They just took a garden hose and sprayed it a little bit on the outside of the car. It didn't remove all the stuff on the outside of the car. When we returned the car, the manager and sales person tried to claim that we had damaged their vehicle (which we had not - we'd returned it in the condition it was in when we picked it up) and ordered us to pay a crazy amount of money for repairs. We told them no and demanded they give us a refund. They became rude once again and finally gave us a refund after we threatened to report them for fraud. I'll never rent from this place ever again!
