Capital One Auto Finance
Car paid off but title never received and no response

I paid my car off in full, sent a copy of the pay-off and a letter requesting my title. To date I have not received the title, nor any type of response from Capital One. It took me a long time to pay this car off and I would like to have my title. I am not sure how to handle it from this point since Capital One is so unresponsive.
