Tony Fiano, Owner & Charlie McDuff, General Manager) Is Ripping Me Off With False Representation of Offe

Mr. Fiano and I had agreed that he would do a transmission job on my 1994 Plymouth Voyager for $700. After I had told him I couldn't afford the original price of $1300. And now he wants to back down on his deal. Mr. Fiano first asked me for the title of my vehicl eof which I find very suspicious cause no mechanic on this earth has ever asked me for the title before. Then he has me sign a paper under misrepresentation. He said he would do the tear down fee for $350. But only if I had agreed to allow hjim to do the job and the $350. Would go towards the actual job then now all of a sudden he raises the price to $2000 after I told him I couldn't afford the job for $1300. He said he had to raise the price cause the transmission to my van was in very bad shape so there I told him I wouldn't be doing the job and I wanted my van back so he said he would give me my van back for $350. He is charging me the $350. That he said he would charge only if the job was actually done. He had me sign the paper for $350. With the understanding of one thing meanwhile he verbally changed it to some thing else. Mr. Fiano failed to give me a copy of what I signed, He also didn't review the contract with me. He had me sign and initial his so called contract under misrepresentation of his offer. He has also had intentions to steal my vehicle by asking me for my title and he is trying to put words into my mouth by saying I had agreed to the $1300 in price for the transmission job when in fact I told him I couldn't afford it and that's when he dropped the price down from $1300 down to $800. Then down again to $700. I have a three day grace period to terminate this so called contract he had me sign. I also tried talking decently to Mr. Fiano about all this but he rudely wouldn't hear it and hung up on me. Out of good faith I was even willing and offered to pay him $175. For the so called tear down fee he was charging. I told him I would give him $175. And he would then release my van back to me but he is refusing to do so. The outcome I want is for Mr. Fiano to accept the $175. And to give me my van back. He said all this is aggravating him however I told him if he doesn't want to hear from me again to please accept the $175. And release my van or I would report him. He said he has all the authorizing signatures. I never agreed to pay him $350. Regardless. I told him I would pay him and we agreed he would get the $350. But only if he did the actual transmission job buit since that deal is now off he wants to mess me up by charging me that amount. The bottom line is that the man wants to steral my vehicle. He knows I can't afford the $2000.in price and is complaining of even putting my transmission back together. He has my property and can't do any thing with it cause I'm the rightful owner of it. Damage Resulting = Well the damage is that he wants to keep my vehicle by asking for the title before our agreement that shows of his true intentions all along. He wants to scam me out of $350. And he tricked me into signing a paper for $350. I signed that paper giving Mr. Fiano authorization to pull down my transmission and start the job only if it was for $700. However he wants to practically force me to do the job for $2000. Of which I can't afford. There is no guarantee if I were to pay him the $350. That he is going to put my old transmission back together again. Dispite Mr. Fiano's bogus contract we had agreed to do the job for $700. And now he wants to scam me and keep my van. This is the damage this man and this company is trying to do to me...
