Mistreated and ripoff liars victimized ME tricked and lied to ME

In October I attempted to buy a new car. I had a car that wasn't very reliable, and I needed something I could depend on. My credit wasn't good enough, so I had my dad co-sign. I was doing the zero down, zero
payments, zero interest for a year deal with Mitsubishi. I believe this deal was too good to be true for a reason. I got approved, with my dad's help, for a 2003 Galant.

I went in to the dealership three different times and each time I had to talk to someone else. Everyone was so helpful, and made the purchase of the car seem so simple. Of course everything would work, I was silly for asking questions. They made me feel like I was very stupid for the questions I asked. But everyday I went back I had to talk to someone else.

Each new salesman that I talked to basically told me the last person I talked to was a liar and they were working against me to let me get this car. When I went in to buy it they told me no. They said the wouldn't accept my trade in, they said I couldn't get the car they already said was mine, because they had put nice rims on it, and it was their fault it wasn't added into the sticker price on the window.

So I had to fight and fight and fight to get them to give me the rims because if they didn't mark it, it's their loss. You can't change your mind after you agree to sell someone something. They would NEVER discuss the price with me! I asked what the payments would be and all they said was, don't worry about it. That they couldn't tell me what the payments would be because I wasn't going to be paying for a year.

This car was going to turn my life around, it was what I needed to take that first step, and they kept getting in my way. I was sick of all the lying and pointing fingers to everyone else. They finally told me they would let me keep the rims, but I had to promise to fill out their customer survey positively. Of course I agreed, but I had no intension of filling it out nicely. I would say exactly how awful my experience was!

Unfortunately they never sent me a survey. I was supposed to get a free oil change with that survey, but I never got it. I tried to get it numerous times because I wanted to give them a piece of my mind, and I was always told it would be in the mail. I finally called back again very recently and I was told that since I got the car last year, my survey wouldn't count and there is no point in getting one.

Not to mention the Manager is making it sound so difficult to find a way for me to fill out this survey. How hard could it be, just send me one! And of course the manager told me that he had a bad crew working when I bought the car and things are different now. Likely. He is a liar just like the rest of them! I never ever want to purchase a new car again, DEFINITELY NOT FROM MITSUBISHI!!! Oh and to top it all off, I didn't find out that they gave me an extended warranty until I had to pay for sales tax and registration and the check they gave me didn't cover it because of the extended warranty.

I am not ashamed to say I broke down and started crying right there. I was sick and tired of all the lies, all the deception. I had had enough! I got taken advantage of, I paid way more for that car than I should have. And why they would not take my trade in, is beyond me! They were able to give me an extended warranty that I did not want. So I was forced to return my old car to the bank, which is marked as a repossession, even though I gave it back. I know they could have took it as a trade in.

I know they could have done so much more! Plus I am in the military. Doesn't that count for something. I am serving our country and they still want to screw me! I want to complain to every aspect of the Mitsubishi dealership! I want something to happen. An apology for one, and even though I already signed the contract. I wish I didn't have to pay so much for a car, that I know isn't worth what I paid!
