Don't do business with these snake oil salesman. Especially "Brian" who claims to be the finance manager. He is actually one of the owners. Talk about high pressure sales and arm twisting. These crooks will tell you anything to close the deal in hopes of making their quota. I was promised this and that, when I purchased a warranty from them but when I received the actual policy it was very different. I tried calling my original salesman, but of course he no longer works there. (surprise-surprise)
Enters Brian to blow me some smoke to reassure me to keep the warranty. I refused, and they took their time in stopping the automatic billing on my credit card. Oh by the way, my research shows that this "fly by night" company does business under Patriot Warranty Group and has been around since February. I promise you that they were or got their start through US Fidelis in St Louis, MO.
Do yourselves a favor and don't deal with these snake oil salespeople... I bet they have swampland in Arkansas for sale too!!!
