Rip off customer service?! Insult the customer and leave them with a $1600 repair bill

On April 30, I purchsed a car from Jake Sweeney Automotive. After approximately one month, I noticed a slight vibration at high speeds that became worse when I braked.

I took the car to my mechanic on July 3. He called to tell me that someone had put engine oil in the master cylinder rather than brake fluid. This has caused extensive damage to the entire brake system in my car - front and rear brakes will have to be replaced, as well as any piece of rubber (hoses, seals) that came in contact with the engine oil.

I called Jake Sweeney to see if this was covered under my warranty. I was told that it was not. I spoke with Assistant Manager Brian Emerson who told me that this is something that I must have done and that I was free to call an attorney if I wanted, that Mr. Sweeney keeps an attorney on retainer and they love for him to earn his money.

This is customer service?! Insult the customer and leave them with a $1600 repair because Jake sweeney does not properly inspect their used cars before they place them for sale?

Do not buy a car from Jake Sweeney!
