To whom it may concern: I hired nr electric to relocate my meter mr. Ruan send this crack head to do the job i gave james sweeney $125.00dollars to go D.P.N. R; from november he never went for no permit did the job without a permit dpnr give him a fine for $240.00 so i take nr electric to licensing and consumer affair thanks too staffs of consumer affair and officer horsford she talk to mr ruan he never want to take responsibility for what his worker did i had to call mrs horsford for him mr ruan wanted me to give him $300.00 to pay the fine plus $110 for wapa & $4000 for the permit these company is such a rippoff month after he came to my house with his crack head work jame sweeney one of the workers dpnr told i shouldn't pay no fine i did not do the job i am going to take james crack head sweeney to court listen up people of stcroix virgin island if you could help it call any other electrician company it have honest electrician like mr. E. Charles and son they are the best very reasonable price not trying to rape the customer pocket. I hope james sweeney go and get profession help.
