Over the last 2 months I used "JUSTANSWER.com" for repair information. I authorized 1 transaction each visit. I did receive answers (from pretty smart mechanics). When I received my credit card statement, I was charged TWICE what I authorized (I ok'd $23.00 & got billed for $46.00)! Is there anyway to get a refund?
