TLG*AutoAdvantage apparently failed to unsubscribe me by Sept 1st when I spoke with them over the phone in August. I have received three monthly charges to my bank account since that time. They have agreed to reimburse my account for two months worth of these charges, though are requiring I send written letter in order to receive all those funds owed to me. Likewise, the trial membership portable DVD player promised has never been received. Why should I need to go through the trouble of writing a letter in order to receive funds owed to me as a result of their error or poor business practice?! Check your bank statements with care!
