I ordered some msd coils for my 06 expedition. They came in a bag (all 8 floating around) and one of the plugs were broken. I contacted them and they gave me a return authorization and info to return the part for exchange. I sent the part and didn't hear from them for a number of weeks. I called and they said they never received it. Luckily I sent it back insured with a tracking number. Post office said that it was refused at their location. It is sitting in huston post office.
I see now that they don't carry the msd coils any longer so I assume they didn't want to eat the cost. The post office has sent a form asking why they refused the package and so far nothing. It might take a little while but at least I will get money back from the post office.
Initially they seemed to be helpful and polite... The last time I called the girl was a little rude... But hey we all have bad days. My problem is they have done nothing to justify this. No contact back whatsoever. I think they just figure it will go away if they do nothing more. Poor customer service! They refused my return on sept 9 and haven't heard anything since. Regardless of low staff and amount of current business I think if they were at all reputable they would at least try to make right on this transaction.
