In Febuary of I went to a Dealer named Andrew Potter and his wife Jessica Potter to buy a van. Because my family is growing and because of safty reason, I let them know i needed a reliable car. They said that the van is the best that it has not problems and that i should not have no problems with the car for a while, but like all used car I would have to work on it in the future.
I understand that the car was sold as "as Is", but does this mean that the car would break down on me in less than three days. The cars power steering went out and I almost got into an accident with my children. Andrew told me that he would dye the inside of the car for free he never did. He charged me another $200.00 for new tires on top of the 2,100.00 i had already paid him. He was also charging me an outragous amount of money to fix a problem he new existed and never told me abbout. The inside of the car assesories started coming off, like the turing light stick fell off, I have no horn, the car has this loud noise coming from the passenger side that will take upto $500.00 to repair this problem.
Last week Mr. Potter had my car Repossed and charged us $319.00 ffor the tires, $600.00 for vehicle repossession, $150.00 for keys and locksmith. Now i am an at home mother with four children, My husband works as a security guard, we do not make enough to pay our bills. We needed a car, Mr Potter new this and took it to his advantage. This is the second car i"ve bought from him and the second time the car has malfuction.
I just want consumers to be aware of Automotive Solutions, because you will Pay more and have no solutions to your problems. Please Help us. I paid for the Car In full Should he have repossed out car or taken us to civil court for the money of the tires? And why charge us $600.00 for a toll truck?
