Well i took my car in for body work at the end of last year of 08 spend little over 5000 have a small little fender bender between driver door and left fender (john) said i need to chnage the door and fender and have to paint the complete side, i said ok first of all my insurance did the math and came alot less then bmw dealer soo they worked out and at the end i have to pay $500 from my pocket, any how i drop the car off and i was told that car will be ready same day by next week so i waited untill last day i called and john said well we didn get the parts yea so there for i have to wait untill end of week or may be by friday so i went there friday and they had a new excuse well paint is wet please come by tomorrow next day john said well i will be around on sunday, no stupid me i picked up on monday instead sunday. Umm as i picked up all i see white powder all over in my car john promise me he will get it waxed and washed in couple of days i took it back and they only just dust if off some what and push me away. Came home and have to go away for a couple weeks for family awake. Came back from awake and have to take my plates off because money issue so i decided to reregister in april and took it to car wash all i have a nice showe becasue leaking water from left side between front and rear glass, took it back ask me to leave it next day to clean in side, next day i went there afternoon i ask him wtf did u do so far and john lie said he adjust the glass (foola s#@t) didn even touch my car didn even clean inside dust all over even on my soft top and he was trying to clean it off little bit front me. Ohh i for got to mention last year when they did the work in first place i ask them to show me the door and he lied and said ohh well we throw out for scarp. Well called bmw of na and some one did help me out and ask me to take it back and again john lie he adjust the door and hopfully i will be fine. Well i hate going back and forth look like an idiot, dummy with his first BMW car. Well at the end i, m not happy because reasons are listed below so i suggest every one to stay away from these theives money hungry dealer.
1 lie they changed the door and which i open apart and found out big lie
2 water still leaking and keep pushing me off and i dont now what should i do
3 when i have my top down and glass rattle like it is about to shatter
4 wind noise when i, m on high way (with top close)
5 door is verry hard to close, some time i have to close it hard to lock it in place
6 wide world of car, body shop and john (phillipino dude) shame on u bunch a lier shame shame shame
