This company is by far, the most illegitimate company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They impounded my vehicle on 9/2/09 without cause. I am currently awaiting my small claims trial, and have helped two others file cases, just this week. I strongly suggest, if your vehicle was towed for any reason, sue them. At this moment, they are not properly licensed to operate in any city, or the state for that matter. Even if your car was "legitimately" towed, they are not legally licensed to perform such function. Do some research, one individual is going out of his way to help victims file suit against this company.in said company lost a 2 million dollar lawsuit for wrongful death associated with a bad driver committing predatory towing tactics. Don't be a victim, take action!!!
